This Danish Biedermeier three seat sofa was made in the early 1900s. The figured wood frame features an upholstered back panel over the cushioned seat, flared armrests, rising on short splayed legs.

It’s a very fine example of the Biedermeier style and has top grade birch veneers finished in the sought after honey color French polish that brings out the visual movement in the wood.

It is in good condition and is ready for upholstery. There is some veneer loss on one foot. Antique Treasures Restoration Studio in Denver, CO can restore the veneer. Please contact them directly for an estimate.
