In the event a Relic Antiques product is listed at an incorrect price due to photo-graphical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Relic Antiques shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Relic Antiques shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Relic Antiques shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. SECTION 4 – AVAILABILITY At relicantiques.com, we go out of our way to create the kind of distinctive collection for which the Relic Antiques aesthetic is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities, and because of their limited availability, stock may not be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on relicantiques.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. SECTION 5 – PRODUCT INFORMATION Pricing The prices displayed on the website are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Colors We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate. ShippingYOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT A SHIPPER TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED! We work with multiple national shipping and freight companies. We can recommend names of cost-effective shippers or white glove delivery services. Please contact us for a shipping or freight information. 720.301.9367 NOTE: If you arrange to pick up your item from our warehouse, you forfeit the right to claim any damage on your item with Relic Antiques. All shipping and delivery times are estimates subject to shipping vendors availability and lead times. Once your item(s) has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order. If the item is delayed but in production it cannot be canceled. Review shipping terns with thew shipping and freight provider. If you receive a freight item with a required signature, please inspect the packaging and open your package immediately (BEFORE SIGNING) to inspect the item. If the packaging or the item has obvious freight damage or is otherwise incorrect, refuse the shipment and mark the Bill of Lading packing slip as “damaged.” NOTE: If you sign for a signature-required freight shipment without reporting the damage, defect, or error, you are responsible for all such damages and your damage claim may be denied 9subject to shippers terms. All damage claims must also be received within 48 hours of your item's arrival. Damage claims reported after 48 hours of your item’s arrival may be declined. NOTE: Different computers and web browsers display colors differently. We are not responsible for variations in color between the product you receive and the product shown on our site. Similarly, all items made from natural products (including but not limited to: wood, marble, limestone, alabaster, glazed ceramic, etc.) will have natural variations and no two items will look identical. These variations are expected and will NOT be considered defects, damages, or incorrect items.

ReturnsGENERAL RETURN POLICY Our design team at Relic Antiques has hand selected these products because we love them, but we understand that you may need to make a return. Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping, handling and a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 5-10 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post back to your account. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on the production timeline. Our team will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them. We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered and/or delivery is refused, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours.

SECTION 4 - WEBSITE Our online store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
